They fit very tight at first because my arms were bigger but one strap is slightly longer than the other one to secure it in place. So play with it to get the right fit. My arms are definitely smaller and these work great. Comes with a bag you can use in the washing machine to wash the arms with. The look is very athletic and fun ! Great value for your money!

I love absolutely everything about this brand! I have their waist trimmer and two sets of the arm bands. These things truly work and make you sweat three times more than you normally would! My arms are always a problem area for me, but wearing these has decreased the inflammation and size of my arms over the past couple of months. They are easy to put on and easy to takeoff.

I needed arm bands - this velcro is weak. It does not hold well. If you want them tight, and that is the point, you need to be able to lift weight or work out without them popping open... and I don't even have big arms.Contacted company - NOT A WORD BACK

Just recently today not sure if they work but I like the quality and feel of them ! My theory is If your arms aren’t hanging then they can’t get all stretched out & turn into” bat wings “I love the little mesh bag they sent to wash them in .
