Review: Great Little Freezer - This is a great little freezer with slightly more room than most. This is 3.8 versus 3.5 for the others. It had plastic on it and you did remove most of it. It was very difficult. In hindsight, we should have just left it on because you could barely see it and it would add protection. It's been freezing very well and keeping at a constant 0° with only having the temperature setting at normal. I measured the dB sound and the manufacturer is correct at around 40 dB. It does not take up much room and has two wheels so can be moved very easily. The electrical cord comes out the same side as the vent rather than coming out of the back. There is room enough underneath where the cord can go and plug in that way if needed. That's what I did. All in all, a fantastic freezer for the price.

**Q: My freezer came with a rubber plug where does that go.  The manual talks about a key but I did not get that. Is the plug for the drain?**
A: Yes.  There is a drain hole on the right side of the freezer.  That's where we put the plug.

**Q: does this freezer have to be defrosted?**
A: I have only had my freezer for a short time and have not needed to defrost.  However, the manual does provide instructions for defrosting.

**Q: Is it water resistant and/or rated for outdoor use?**
A: Not sure about that.  We keep ours inside but I don't see why you couldn't put it outside.

**Q: Does this come assembled with the door attached?**
A: Yes.  It was completely assembled, if I remember correctly.  Very nice freezer.  We're happy with it.

This is a great little freezer with slightly more room than most. This is 3.8 versus 3.5 for the others. It had plastic on it and you did remove most of it. It was very difficult. In hindsight, we should have just left it on because you could barely see it and it would add protection. It's been freezing very well and keeping at a constant 0° with only having the temperature setting at normal. I measured the dB sound and the manufacturer is correct at around 40 dB. It does not take up much room and has two wheels so can be moved very easily. The electrical cord comes out the same side as the vent rather than coming out of the back. There is room enough underneath where the cord can go and plug in that way if needed. That's what I did. All in all, a fantastic freezer for the price.
