Eat these even if you are not gluten free!
This is an amazing option for gluten free or people with celiac. I use them for cheesecake crusts, key Lime Pie crusts and have dipped them in chocolate. They are also delicious in their own. Simply delicious!

Really Great For Gluten Free
I recently went gluten free and I can tell you these cookies are delicious! What a nice treat for someone who isn't eating wheat flour. I would not hesitate to gift these to someone who isn't gluten free as I'm not sure they could tell the difference. We set them out for guests and they had no idea. We will definitely purchase again and look for other items from this great brand.

In pieces not whole
The shortbread is delicious. However, so far, in every pack of 2 the cookies are broken. I have gone through about 1/2 the packs.

A bit disappointed.
Convenient packaging and not terribly broken cookies, but I personally felt the cookies themselves were only mediocre. Then if you consider the cost, definitely not worth it. Find something else. Sorry.

These are great tasting gluten free cookies. They taste almost as good as the kind with gluten.
