Works very well

Was able to change the unit myself. Any questions were responded to by the supplier. Tuya automatically detected the new devices and they added smoothly.Have been able to add in automation logic to control room temperature based on WiFi temperature sensors to get much better temperature control.One small point is that the app currently doesn't allow you to set the ac temperature. (Hence 4 stars only) So use a hack to change the mode from cool to fan...Hopefully there is an update some time soon.

Three biggest cons of the product1 - As soon as the AC reaches the set temperature it will cut off the cooling, but within 5 seconds again it will start the cooling only to be cut off after 5 seconds. This process will repeat untill either you get annoyed but the on-off or your AC gives up and burns its parts like mine did2 - The display stopped working within 2 months of installation and the product itself stopped working within 4 months3 - Seller will provide absolutely Zero support unless you buy it from them personally at a much higher cost and pay installation charges of Aed 100So please stay away from the product and the seller

This thermostat is so use full in controlling air conditioner over the wifi connection itself.Moreover i got stuck during installation, i got contacted the seller over phone & whatsapp. It was unbelievable that they responded immediately & solve the issue.Very good support from seller.Worth for buying.

I’m not satisfied with the product as after every few hours the screen goes blank. Even after you wake up the screen by touching one of the touch buttons it shows nothing.Every time the screen goes blank I have to use the circuit breaker to cut power and switch it on. It is missing a power on/off (physical) button.Also the Smart Life app is not very user friendly. There is no documentation on how to use the app, icons are not labelled, etc.Overall I’m not happy with the product.

The seller is very helpful and fast. I have installed with his instructions very easily and replaced my old thermostat with this Wifi, works perfectly.
