Lady Liberty Costume

I LOVE this costume! The fabric of the dress isn't a cheap, shiny polyester you normally find with costumes, instead it's a decent quality and has some sparkle/shimmer throughout the fabric. The torch that comes with the costume is made of foam and looks cheap, but honestly for $30 I'm not complaining. I found this costume on other sites and they're selling for $45+. I'm a 32DDD and am only 5', and the medium fit well over my bust and hips. The skirt is a smidge too long when I'm barefoot, but I think a pair of heels will fix this issue. This is a fabulous costume and you can't beat the price -- I'm definitely looking forward to wearing this for Halloween!

I'm so used to adjusting for Chinese sizing that I didn't think twice about ordering an XL. It was huuuuge! Not just in width, but from shoulders to waistline and waistline to floor. My daughter and I tried to do some quick adjustments to it, but it really needed to be taken apart at the seams and resewn from scratch. The material is beautiful; teal with a gold shimmer to it.

I really wanted Sexy outfit for my bfs upcoming divorce party. There aren't many options so I can tell you that it fits and it's comfy and a few people found it sexy. There is a very big slit in the front so my legs were exposed at times. The headpiece and torch are cheap foam but it will do...I had to tie the crown a bit with a pony tail for a snug fit. Be careful when taking selfies cause you can poke a few eyes. Overall the color was beautiful with my dark complexion and I recommend some bronzing make up and body toner, as well as jewelry.

The media could not be loaded. This came ripped; twice! The drape over the arm is ripped off. The slit up the side is also ripped (someone stepped on the bottom?). It is also VERY low cut! I am very small. I have nothing up top. This fits, but is not short enough for me, I will need to cut about 6” and hem….. I don’t sew! This will be the third alteration. I wanted something I DIDNOT HAVE TO SEW! This kind of defeats the purpose of buying an already made costume. Are you ready for the icing on the cake? It has a stain, and the garment says we are not supposed to wash it!!!! So someone bought this, wore it, ripped it, stained it, and sent it back! I then came along and bought it. I am asking for a non- return refund. (I have already put approx 8 hrs into repair and will need to put in more to cut and hem. Don’t ask me how I am going to clean a garment that is not able to be cleaned. Do not buy from this seller!!!!

This costume fit the bill for our founding fathers/last night of independence bachelorette. This is a costume with good coverage although I did wear bike shorts underneath as it has a high slit. There was no doubt what my costume was when wearing it

This costume is decent - not amazing and not terrible. First of all, the slit came to my hip bone, so your ENTIRE crotch shows if you don't pin this, and I'm 5'6 so it's not like I'm too short for it. The waist line is cut oddly high but it doesn't ruin the dress. Material is pretty cheap - not sure why other reviews say how nice it is.

Bought this for a party. I had lots of compliments. The dress was very comfortable, although it was very long.
