Also the stain on my stone patio can not be removed as it is some sort of reaction between the rusty water and the stone. The company said they can only refund the item if I return he item to them and they will charge me £19.99 for the delivery cost. The original box was destroyed as it was very flimsy cardboard box when it arrived. The original boxed was part open when it arrived. I will not touch or carry the chiminea as it is rusty and has sharp edges.
