Look and work great. Best if two people work together to hang the lights. Florida storm proof!
Not bad so far. Takes a bit to get into a rhythm of breaking of the team and connecting it to the clip then pressing the bulb into it. Your thumbs might get soar. But they look great so far. Best if two or more people work together to hang the lights as you don't wanna the weight of the rest of the string hanging out it might pull the tabs out so just have an assistant, plus that's safer. Survived a few good Florida storms so far with none of them falling off.

Works fine for string lights
I was concerned that they would fall apart when snapping them onto my gutter. For the bottom hook (for string lights), it works fine. A few of the top pieces fell off that hold a type of light that I'm not using. Being somewhat careless, about 4 of the 80 clips I used had the top snap off. If I was using the top hook for anything, I think the great majority of them would hold up OK with a little more caution when snapping them onto the gutters without having it fall off.

Sturdy, versatile and quality product.
I have bought these to setup Christmas lights around the house. I have used all of them - on gutters and shingles. They latch quite well and stay put once installed. The most amazing thing is that the 200 piece package I bought has no defective piece at all. Speak of quality control 💯. Definitely 5 star worthy.

Excellent for hanging lights
Every year, my wife and I have to hang my mom's Christmas lights on her eaves around the front of her house, and every year we end up snapping off a bunch of those light clips. So, this year we bought here these. What a joy! Not one broke on us, and they were so easy to both put up and string the lights through. In fact, we're going to keep the clips up so all we have to do next year is string the lights! Great job!

These are AMAZING
These clips are so awesome! We bought the larger StayLit bulbs and opted to hang them facing upward, so in order to do this we had to bend and snap the top piece of each clip off and poke it into the hole (this is illustrated in the provided instructions). I wore a pair of gloves while doing this because it is quite hard on your hands, especially doing 200 of them! But I tell ya, these clips are going NOWHERE. The bulbs pop right into each one and they are perfectly snug on the gutter. I found it to be easier to attach them all on the gutter first and then connect the bulbs. I also opted to just sit on my roof and install everything as opposed to getting up and down a ladder, but to each their own. We hung over 200 bulbs and didn’t have one clip break. I will definitely be buying more of these to do the garage!

Sturdy clip — just not as designed
We used the clips to install C7 lights on our gutter. The clipped to the gutter easily, and remained fixed in-place quite well, allowing us to put a little tension on the light cord, to straighten the lighting string. We anticipated using the clip in a different way with the C7-sized lights, thinking we could clip them into the pickle-forked section, having the light stick straight out. But that section of the clip would not hold out NOMA C7 lights in that orientation. They fell out quite easily. We decided to try using the C-shaped spiral at the bottom of the clip, attaching it around the light wire, rather that the light itself. Because the clips provided sufficient tension on the wire, we could twist the light into the orientation we desired (orienting the light either up or down) and then slide the clip along the gutter to pull the string taught, to straighten the lights. The installation turned out quite beautifully. With the NOMA C7 lights, they are placed apx. every 4” along the wire; where their C9 lights were spaced at about 8” apart. So we chose the C7 to double the number of lights along the string, rather than use the fewer, larger C9’s usually used on gutters or taller installations. This was simply a design choice. The clips helped us orient the lights, with every-other bulb pointing either up or down. It made the installed appear as though there were two light strings installed together, in parallel. So, the clips worked perfectly, even if not as envisioned, based on the design. I would note that the pickle-fork portion of the clip, that sticks above the gutter, that is pictured in the listing as holding the light globe over the gutter, broke off VERY easily. So much so, that we wondered if it was meant to be snapped off. When installing the clips on the gutter, we had at least 10% of them snap off when we weren’t even trying to use that portion of the clip. We used the little curly-que at what would be the bottom of the clip, which from their pictures, would show was not even designed to be used. So, be careful as you install them, depending on how you use them.

Very easy to use. They are plastic so not sure how they’ll stand up in cold Cdn winter.
