Loses traction when going uphill
Maybe I should have realised this from the photo, but the knobs were a lot smaller than I expected. This leads to the tyre losing traction when going uphill on anything but a very firm, hardpacked, dry surface. For riders who often switch out their tyres depending on riding condition (or if you want a tyre for basic hardpack riding, e.g., canal towpaths etc.), this may not be an issue. As a general purpose MTB tyre, though, I'd recommend getting something more knobbly. I have a Conti Mountain King on the front and am probably going to get another for my rear tyre to replace this one.

This is a great tyre. Fast rolling and gives a lot more traction tham you would expect. It works really well in the wet and resists clogging up. I've done 2 coast to coasts all off road and many weekends in the lakes on this tyre and its a fantastic all rounder. It is really only good as a rear drive tyre though. better having a more aggresive tyre up front.

GOOD STUFF
Bought it, put it on the wheel, works just fine. This rubber holds on very well as I like to do sharp braking and not to avoid glass bits on streets.Satisfied

Like cycling with skys on the snow
Grip is very weak on the rain. Like cycling with skys on the snow.Don't get me wrong, then I'm cycling in the park full speed pedaling in turns and back wheel slides/drifts, that's fun as long as you don't fall. However, then you are on actual road with cars, you want to be table to stop.Very vulnerable to punctures. Got 7 punctures in half a year! It's surreal compared to other tires and the one I used to replace this one.On top of that, it wears off very quickly. Meanwhile buying it I expected to wore slower than more off-road tires. After half a year I gave up and bought a new tire, very similar to the original I had (Panaracer Fire XC ASB Tyre 26x2.1). In half a year only one puncture, no grip or too fast wearing down problems.
