Great mallet especially for the price. It's one of my go-to mallets for rolling with a softer one on a medium sized wind gong. Also works great playing the edges of Symphonic or tuned alloy gongs.

I like the fact it can be put on the floor and stand up right giving quick access since I use it on a gong on a drum kit while seated.

I bought this for a recent gong purchase. Some of the larger ones were really expensive. For the price, it is great. Not sure how the expensive ones are, but this one is perfect for my use.

This brought out a gentler but deeper tone on my wind gong than the mallet it came with. I like both for different reasons! It’s been added to my toolbox of mallets, highly recommend!

I kept this because I wanted to have a mallet for my gong, but the sound is “off”. Perhaps I need to go to a music store and have some professional assistance in choosing the correct mallet. Obviously this was not the right one for my purposes.

Love this mallet and the tones it creates. I have a 32” wind gong and it enhances the higher tones in a gentle way and deepens the lower tones. Highly recommend!

Was looking for a decent timpani mallet that wasn’t too expensive. This one works well.

Totally overpriced. Over $30 for a stick with some wool at the top.
