This is a great set for home use, no gym or mat required though the latter might be useful if working out on a smooth floor. Very well made, I love the bright colours and clear labelling that enable you to pick your band quickly. A mesh bag keeps them tidy when not in use. Swapping between handles is easy and there are even two ankle straps for leg extensions etc. A wall chart helps get you started but YouTube is even better and this set is a really great way of improving your fitness and strength whatever your ability level and starting point.

I am trying to get back into my workout routine, having taken a hiatus as life happens. I like these bands as they are very portable, compact, easy to store in the pouch that it comes in; and very easy to assemble together.They come with a handy chart which is very helpful. I prefer using the bands using my feet as leverage rather than the door; as I don't really have any doors in the house here it's suitable to stand in front of using a closed door as leverage; and besides I'm always scared that one of the bands will snap off and ping me harshly and hurt; whereas using my feet, if anything was to snap; I'd have a bit more advance notice and it also wouldn't be as hard an impact; than if it was using a door.I like that they have the handles on them as well which makes it easier to hold and get some 'weight' so to speak with the workouts. I would recommend these :-)

A set of resitance bands from 3DActive designed for people to undertake a home workout.Arriving in a neat cardboard box, the whole kit is housed in a strong, net bag - a good idea this since there are a collection of bands and straps, nice to have everything kept together neatly. There is also a wall chart that fully explains how to attach to a door, what height to attach for each kind of exercise, and a whole host of nice pictures showing and explaining how to do each exercise.There are many similar products on the market, this was the first I had seen that needed to be attached to a door for the exercises to be completed. I have to admit I did not much like that. I would have preferred options where the exercises could have been done without door attachment.The quality of the bands is very good and they are clearly labelled so you always know the "weight" you need.At £34.99 at the time of this review they are about average price. I liked the quality, the comfort of the straps and handles, and the very clear markings on each of the coloured straps. The wall chart is more than enough for a person to make a good start on home exercising and there are numerous online videos available also for this kind of exercise regime. Where it fell down, I felt, was seeming to restrict the use to a static door. However, if you are happy to use a door in your home, this is a really good set for you.

You get 4 resistance bands with varying strengths, 2 large foam grip handles, 2 padded ankle straps, 1 door anchor and a workout guide.The bands can be stacked to provide a high amount of resistance. I like that it is dual layer latex as the quality of the latex is really important as it can snap and cause injury.This appears to be better quality than your really cheap quality tube style bands but if you wanted to reduce the risk of band snap injuries then it might be worthwhile looking at the Bodylastics bands which have a mechanism to protect from any band snap injuriesHowever, this is is also a good kit at a good price and if used carefully it provides great versatility for various exercises and the guide they provide is quite helpful.
