The tag says wipe clean only. It seems highly impractical for the 100% cotton side.** A: I toss mine in the washer with my regular laundry. I put a little Dawn liquid on greasy spots. I put them in the dryer on Delicate. They still look great. **Q: Temperature threshold?** A: 500 degrees F according to their written info sheet **Q: Will the Cotten scorch using in grill or hot smoker?** A: One would assume they would burn if coming in contact with the coals, etc. I'm only answering to agree with Michael Palmer. They are terrible. Too bulky and not flexible enough creating a hazard when dealing with hot items. **Q: Is the ribbed Silicone pot holder available in grey?** A: They are available in 20 color including charcoal grey.
