Where do I begin? 1. Gets stuck on EVERYTHING and under EVERYTHING. I used to have a Roborock vacuum and it rarely got stuck on anything. Not so with this vacuum. I can't believe it has sensors because it acts like it is completely blind and dumb. Like having a blindfolded toddler in the room. 2. After less than 2 months, the red light came on and no matter what I do, it will not go off. 3. It's app indicates 42% charge. ALWAYS. Even when the device has been on the charger all night. Speaking of apps, this one truly sucks. The Roborock app showed a very accurate depiction of where the vacuum had already done it's job. This app's depiction is ALL OVER THE PLACE. It doesn't even look like my house. You want to establish a NO GO ZONE? Forget it. 4. The vacuum performance was very inconsistent. Two nights in a row, it would do a great job. Next two nights, it would vacuum approx. 30-40% of the house and then return to the charger for no reason. It's cleaning patterns were bizarre. It would vacuum back and forth in the living room for 2 mins, then go straight to the kitchen and sweep for 10 mins. Then it would go to the next room and sweep for a few mins and then return to the previous room. All over the place like it was schizophrenic or something. 5. It would get easily confused when it would try to find the charging base, even when you placed it RIGHT IN FRONT OF IT. I have to say, I am totally disappointed with this vacuum. I know I only paid $150, but it has failed me in every way possible. The ONLY thing I can say that it did well was actually vacuum. The suction was very good. You get what you pay for, except in this case I DID NOT GET what I paid for. Utter garbage.Update 11/27/21. I was able to unscrew the bottom plate and unplug the battery. Really small, so I'm assuming it was a secondary battery, not the main battery. Left it unplugged for about 5 mins and plugged it back in. The vacuum reset itself and seems to be working okay now. Still gets stuck often and still vacuums in a very sporadic pattern, but working nonetheless.

Wi-Fi features only work with a 2.5 gig system. That what I was told by the service representative.

It doesn't seem to like to wander to the parts of the house that have weak WiFi. The app you download appears to be different than the advertised app. It makes you download WeBack instead of the Deenkee app. WeBack seems to work well enough but I have no idea what the post cleaning map is showing. It doesn't seem to be an accurate layout of the room. But I will say, I set it up to clean every night over night and so far the main room it's in has been very clean. So it does the basic jobs well. Syncing to Alexa was very easy as well.

It was amazing at first, it cleaned better than I did! But then I noticed it didn’t want to turn on anymore. I tried changing the remote batteries and tried plugging it in on a different outlet, but nothing. It’s upsetting because the return window to send it back closed just a few days ago. It feels like I’ve been played, honestly.I reached out to Deenkee to see if they can help. I will keep this review updated as well. Buyer beware :(Update 11/15/21: I reached out to Deenkee and they were able to guide me with rebooting it! Now it’s operating normally. Their customer service team is very kind, and I will definitely reach out to them again should it malfunction again. I will update my review accordingly as well!

Glad I bought this vacuum. It's quiet, easy to clean, and does an excellent job. Customer service is excellent. Had an issue, and it was resolved immediately via email

Once you install the app, you can schedule it to start cleaning automatically. I love not having to worry about the floors!
