NOW Foods Supplements, Vitamin B-100, Energy Production*, Nervous System Health*, 100 Veg Capsules

I switched to a different B complex about a year ago and found that my blood labs weren't so great. I went back on this supplement and my Bs looked much brighter. This is a great product and I believe that due to so many toxins in our world, we need a larger amount of B vitamins to combat them. Thanks to NOW, for a great product.

I know how much our bodies need Vitamin B complex. It is water soluble so I take it everyday. Niacin B3 and B12 we need especially but B complex is great for our bodies. I really like that this product is in capsule form so it is easier for absorption. The value is great for how long it lasts. And the bonus is that it is vegetarian/vegan. It has pure quality nutrition.

This product seems to work well for me - my recent Blood Test showed an increase in my B-vitamin intake. The past few Blood Tests showed a deficiency in all my B-Vitamins including B-100 as well! Highly Recommend!

I like the NOW Supplements brand. It allows you to get a quality product at a good price (as well as a good number of pills for each bottle). This is a great source of B vitamins if you are needing extra of those. The only thing I would say about this product, is that is still uses folic acid as its folate. That's a no-go for me.

Many vitamin Bs I’ve tried make me burp (unusual for me) or upset my stomach. This one absorbs really well and I have no issues at all with it. Tastes ok considering most Bs are horrible.
