Dont work

I was using this pen for almost 3 weeks from time of purchase. And suddenly it began to write in one long stroke even if I'm not touching the screen. I tried everything to fix it, I checked both the pen and my surface pro laptop. Still it wasn't working. It's saddening to see a really good pen not working anymore.

Esta pluma tiene una sensación hermosa al tomarla. Es un poquito pesada por el material que me parece resistente, metálico. Viene con su pila AAAA incluida y puntillas de repuesto. El emparejamiento es instantáneo una vez colocando su batería. Encantada. Excelente producto.

Es compatible porque funciona, pero los imanes no son compatibles con la tablet, al menos con la Surface go 3 de Microsoft
