First off this company was great to work with. The matching dresser initially came in damaged (probably from shipping). We were able to get a new one. No trouble at all! I love the look and love how he is going to be able to use it for years to come as we also bought the toddler bed accessories and railing to make it a full size bed. It looks perfect in my son’s woodland themed nursery!! It was easy for my husband to assemble and sturdy. I feel safe with my baby in it. It also can have a lower setting for the mattress as he grows too big for the higher setting its on now.

Beautiful crib. Large and very sturdy however; why on earth did it have to come with so many pieces? Wasn't not easy to put together the dowels used to put some of the pieces together were longer than the holes were so I had to cut them down so the assembly would be flush. Otherwise great product and way better than the previous crib I had.

It is a beautiful crib. We need to replace one part and we are very disappointed and worried how to solve it. We couldn't find the phone to call the seller through Amazon but Amazon had a message service. We found the company's phone on the package and addressed the issue. Their representative answered the phone and sent a replacement part right away (they had a part in stock and in the US). It was quicker than Amazon's message service and we are so happy that they handled it in a timely manner. Also, the diagram in the package had a part number and so we could tell which one we needed. Even we had a defective part, it was solved in a very easy way. 5 stars is generous but we are very happy we didn't need to give up the crib.

The color is a red brown not brown and doesn't look like the color in the ad. If you want to return this item you have to pay for shipping.

Loveeee this crib! Although we haven’t used it yet as we are waiting for his arrival. Super easy to assemble and great quality!
