Black Rapid Shot Molded Shoulder Strap Orange

I have subjected the BlackRapid Camera Strap to all types of abuse in the past month and it has come through with flying colors. A PUN on it's bright orange color.1. The strap staid firmly on my shoulder even with a heavy DSLR and 70-300 lens attached.2. When I tilted my body, the strap continued to keep the camera in place until my shirt started to slide over my shoulder.3. With the strap on, the camera is easy to reach and I could pull it to eye level with a smooth motion.4. I'm 5' 9" and found the camera conveniently within reach even thought the strap length wasn't adjustable.5. I asked my grandson who is 6' 3" to try it out and he reported that even at his height the camera was readily accessible.6. I wore it on trails in the heat and humidity of the Mexican jungle and the strap and camera stayed in place as I pushed through the vegetation and it was a lot cooler than the strap that originally came with the camera.7. While sailing on the Pacific the camera stayed at my side and there was no annoying jarring against me with the action of the waves.8. Not once in all of this did the camera slip off me. Nor did the strap separate from the camera.9. The weight of the camera and lens distributed over the broad strap and pad was a lot easier on my shoulder than the original narrow camera strap the camera came with.The only negative, in my opinion, is the bright orange color of the strap. I was concerned that it drew attention to the fact that I had a camera. I understand that it is now available in black which would have been my preference.This is without a doubt the best camera strap I have ever used. I strongly recommend the BlackRapid Shot Shoulder Camera Strap!

Was happy to see this brand for under $20! I was originally set on the cross shot, but for more than 1/2 the price, I decided to give this one a SHOT. I must admit, so far so good. I am a medium framed person (not sure if this matters) but it fits well upon my shoulder and YES it does't slip off unless your top is fairly loose. When in rest, it falls nicely between my forearm and side and I can lightly hold/secure this in my palm as I walk, The HOOK mount seems solid, but I have not put any of my larger lenses on it....so weight wise I'm not 100% sure how well it will hold securely in the long run, only time will tell. This goes the same with any shoulder rig, sometimes things just happen. The LOCK NUT seems well made and I like the plastic hook cover they include. I will update this post if anything breaks or I find disappointing.Like I said, so far so good

Perfect. I had tried their adjustable cross strap in a local store and discovered that I could not adjust it to be short enough for a shoulder strap, it was just too long. I was sorta leery about ordering this non-adjustable strap but found that it lets my camera hang at the perfect length for my needs. I'm about 5'9 and 165 lbs, and have worn this strap with just a t-shirt and also over a bulky Carhartt jacket and hoodie. It's very well made, comes in the best possible color (safety orange) and most importantly: it just works.

it is kind of short.. I prefer to have on that is adjustable. .

HANGING AN EXPENSICE CAMERA OVER YOUR SHOULD CAUSES YOUR EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT TO MOVE AROUND FAR TOO MUCH. NOT A GOOD IDEA.

Strap length measurement was confusing - was it total length of strap, or total extended length after installed on camera and extended. Ended up being too short for my needs.

This is just flat the greatest camera strap out there. It does as described and the camera strap stays where you put it. I have carried large heavy DSLR's as well as small Mirrorless cameras with this and have really enjoyed shoulder carry again. It is the best for your buck product for sure. I think I paid like $12 for it.

I’m purchasing my 3rd one now. Not because they don’t last, but because they are that good. Everyone uses mine and wants one! Huge improvement over a kit strap. Length is perfect for me and the setup is very fluid. Great for street photography!

Ottima ma attenzione: NON è lunga da tenere al fianco bensì sulla spalla. In effetti dalle foto si intuisce. È un cordino da spalla insomma. Amazon sempre ottima nel servizio.
