I love these wheels! I use office chairs with wheels as a mobility aid to get around my kitchen and dining room hands free. I recently had to replace my kitchen floor, because the old wheels were tearing holes in the floor after continued use. Then someone suggested that I replace the wheels with rubber wheels, and to get grey wheels instead of black, which wouldn't leave marks on the floor. So I was delighted to find these wheels! I ended up buying 3 sets for 3 different chairs! They work extremely well on all 3 surfaces -- new vinyl planking in the kitchen, hardwood floors in the dining room, and carpet in the living room! I get around quite easily with them -- in fact they move more smoothly and faster than the old wheels. And the chair on the carpet even moves more easily (though I use that one as an actual desk chair, not to get around). They were very easy to install. I just pulled out the old wheels and pushed in the new ones. Sometimes it took a little effort (or a rubber mallet) but mostly just popped in in seconds. And the clear rubber is stylish. They are roller blade style and so maybe an inch higher than the normal caster wheels. So the chair sits a little higher. But since the chairs are height adjustable, that's no big deal. And the company seems very nice. After each purchase they reached out to me via email to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They seem to take a lot of pride in their product. One small thing -- I did notice a small squeak start to develop in one of the wheels on the kitchen chair. But I had purchased an extra set for a rolling cart, which it turned out these wheels did not fit (I guess "universal fit" only applies to chairs), so I ended up returning the set with the squeaky wheel. It wasn't a big deal though.

I flat out love these wheels. They are silent plus they roll and turn easily. I'm disabled and like to play PC games, unfortunately for most of the games I play any laptop that is capable of playing them with decent graphics is far outside my price range. So I welded up a stand for my desktop gaming PC to hold the PC. Part of it rolls under my adjustable bed, the rest rises up and an arm extends out to hold my dual monitor setup, keyboard, gaming keypad and mouse where I can easily use the PC while laying in bed. The stand came out great and works really good, the only issue was that I built by cleaning up some rusty scrap square tubing I had on hand and using some quite old office chair wheels for it, with 3D printed inserts to hold and support the pin of the wheel in the tubing (I also printed some end cap plugs to neaten up/conceal the tubing's cut ends). These wheels work so much better and allowed me to easily swap out the cheap old plastic wheels that wouldn't turn or roll very easily for these much nicer wheels without having to modify or change anything about the PC stand. Great price for fairly high quality product that met my needs perfectly. I'm very happy that I opted for these wheels and I am beyond satisfied.

I didn't think something as mundane as wheels on an office chair would any difference in how my day went...until I got the Office Owl Chair wheels! Silly thing I know, but I have, what I consider to be, a very good office chair in my home office. Since I can spend upwards of 10-16 hours a day rolling back and forth getting comfortable is very important. I didn't think the standard dual roller wheels on my chair really impacted my comfort or work flow but they were noisy, would stick when rotating from time to time to time....you get the idea. Then, I saw the ad for these wheels and thought, hmm for the silence alone it would be worth a try. Since the moment I replaced these wheels I have really enjoyed the difference! They are VERY quiet. Roll very smooth (I have office mats over carpet) and have yet to stick as I move back and forth. One thing to note is they are taller than the original wheels. Since I use custom keyboard trays for my work areas I already have my chair as low as it would go. With these wheels added I noticed, by default, I end up up sitting straighter in my chair and now sit more ergonomically correct. Even after a long day at the keyboards I don't end stiff and sore. Now I am not suggesting these wheels will cure back aches, migraines or any other malady you might have but I do know they not only worked as advertised in the rolling and quiet departments but the fact that I now sit more comfortably is work mentioning! The day I replaced the wheels on my chair I was so excited about the difference I told a teammate about them Despite the fact we both worked from our respective homes she ended up ordering a set for her own chair after hearing my description of how well they worked. These chair wheels have been a game changer for my office setup. They roll smoothly and are incredibly soft on wood flooring, which was my main concern when replacing my old, standard office chair casters. Not only do they protect my new floors from scratches and damage, but they also make a huge difference in noise reduction. These casters are excellent quality; very sturdy and smooth. I do wish they came with stoppers to prevent sliding, especially when my office chair is reclined. I ordered the clear ones but received black instead. It’s not a big deal (probably only I noticed), but still worth mentioning. They lift the chair quite a bit. I’m 5'3", and if I sit all the way back, my feet don’t touch the floor. That said, they arrived quickly and work beautifully. I really like these and will definitely buy again (hopefully in the right color next time 😄). Buy with confidence! 🤗🌟

Update: 6/3/2026 - Both sets of wheels I purchased are still going strong, here 5 years later. It looks like I may need to get new ones soon, but the quality has held up so well all these years. Received these about 3 weeks ago, and have started to wear them in. There is some separation between the wheel and the hub, as others have commented, but it's just an air bubble. If it gets bigger I'll request a replacement. Pros: Glide smoothly across any surface. Easy installation. Cons: *The wheels have a much different angle than the stock wheels. If you want to tip back in the chair (not on the wheels, but the chair's pivot) you can definitely feel yourself being over the wheels. Their orientation has to be just right to feel comfortable, which means some repositioning is required. Slide back, then slide forward... then lean back in your tilting chair. This makes the wheels "face" the right direction, and feels much more stable. *Wobble is definitely there. When you slide forward in the chair, you can feel a wobble from side to side (left to right when the wheels are "facing" front to back after sliding into your desk). It spooks you the first time, but everything seems to be alright. I'll catch the wobble every once and a while, and it still irks me. Feels like something might give. Given all of the above, I might try to purchase the more sturdy looking replacement wheels I see on Amazon (look like chair wheels, but are made differently.) These seem great, but it really depends on how far out your wheels are from the center post. Lastly, why there are no products that come with 6 (for a different chair with 6 spokes I have) I don't know. I wouldn't even know where to order a 6th wheel. Looks like I'd have to order 2 sets, and keep extras on hand... Not economical.

I bought 2 sets of these for my office chair and shop stool. Both installed without an issue. They look and function beautifully. Be careful not to give it your normal amount of "umph" when you scoot, these really roll super smooth and quiet. I did notice that one of the wheels had a high pitched squeek. I figured I would give it a few weeks to break in. Five weeks went by and still had the squeek. This was beyond the Amazon return period, so I contacted the seller and asked If they could assist me. The contacted me right away and sent me another set of wheels two days later. I'm sitting on my squeeky free wheels as I'm typing this. Treat yourself and your floors and buy these wheels all the while knowing that if there is a problem, you'll get taken care of.

I wish I'd thought about this a couple of years ago. I bought two cheap stools on castors which I use on a daily basis in my home (I have a disability). One stopped rolling smoothly and on closer inspection, one of the (clearly very cheap) castors had a piece broken from it. When I looked at the images and read reviews, instead of just replacing the castors on the one stool, I decided to do both. The process of removing the damaged castors and replacing with the new was simple. My stools now glide silently and smoothly. As I use them on laminate floors, I am sure that the floor will benefit too! Excellent quality product.

Rollen sind passgenau, einfach einstecken und gut Laufen absolut leicht und nahezu lautlos. Sind höher als die original Plastik Rollen und gerade für mich als großer Mensch von vorteil. Würde Sie jeder zeit wieder kaufen.
