The anti-slip coating is effective, and once installed correctly, they hold well—I have no doubt hanging bikes, ladders, and heavy power tools on them. Installation Tip: As with any heavy-duty wall mount, remember you need to drill into [a] stud to ensure they can bear the advertised weight. Don't rely on drywall anchors alone! They work great, I put them on a 2 x 10 on my garage wall to hang up yard equipment. Good sturdy design and each hold a lot of weight. Multiple sizes and length work well and can hold all of my rake's, shovels, weed trimmers and blowers.
