I’ve tried a lot of conference phone speakers before (from Jabra to B&O) and I think this has been my favorite.It is easy to use, simple and quick to pair. The phone call quality is great. I can hear well and the volume can be turned up quite loud. Also the other end are able to hear me clearly too!I have used this quite a few times already and it has been such a smooth working product.It’s comes with its own case which is fantastic for keeping it properly.I would recommend this to anyone. Well worth the money.

This quality of this Bluetooth speak is excellent and in bar with other products from Anker I've owned.The Bluetooth speaker comes with a hard carry case for protected storage and ease of travel.Its connects with USB-C port (cable included) and works as a power bank as well via a USB-A port.The packaging is elegant and feels premium, the same also applies on the speaker built quality and material.The speaker works well with MS Skype, MS Teams, Zoom, and All Smart Phones but does not support native support for Alexa, Siri, or Google Assistant.The battery life is excellent, and speak is loud with 6 microphones that capture voice from all directions.I didn't like that the speaker didn't come with a charger adapter, only the cable.The mobile app (SoundCore) from Anker doesn't do much aside from updating firmware and few options, one of which (Single Person Mode, or Multi Person Mode) is not clearly described.The speaker is not a good option for music unless you're going to play some chill office music at the background.The highlight of my experience though is the exceptional service I've got from AnkerDirect Team here in UAE, their prompt support for me to deal with a faulty device was superior and complemented my Anker device experience.

Good device to connect to a PC for the family to Zoom. Speaker is loud and clear. Mic seems to pick up everyone's voice around the table. A vast improvement on the built-in microphone and speakers. Used it the with the supplied USB cable rather than Bluetooth as per other review recommendations. This was easy to set up and worked perfectly. The case provided is good quality and the speaker fits well in it but the only disappointment is there isn't enough space for the cable. It can be squeezed in, but not the way it was designed to be used.

I have many BT speakers which are supposed to have handsfree calling built into them....and they work ok.....but this product I bought for my office use and I'm VERY impressed. I know Anker products since before and i trust the brand which is why i didnt think much before ordering this item. The Mics on the speaker are very good quality....i checked them at least from 3-4 metres away in the office and the person on the other end of the call had no problem in talking to me. Build quality is as usual for Anker very good, carry case with zipper is also good. If anyone is wondering it does not come with a USB power adapter. It does come with a Type C Cable.Bottom line......if you need something like this for your office or home.....dont think twice.....dont go for the cheaper stuff and i dont see how spending more on very expensive products is going to give you anything else which this product is not already giving you

I use this device on daily basis for my Zoom meetings and Microsoft Teams calls with clients. Very clear loud sound and the microphone is one of the best. the battery is great and it's a premium device that can be trusted.
