Kiehls Midnight Recovery Botanical Cleansing Oil Cleanser Unisex 5.9 oz

I really liked this cleansing oil. It has a very nice, not overwhelming, botanical scent and leaves my face feeling clean and soft. I wish it was less expensive though.

I hope to never be without this cleansing oil! Great as both a gentle cleanser and tough makeup remover. Makes a noticeable difference in clogged, dirty pores. The light, calming fragrance gives a spa-like experience.

Love this cleanser for my normal to dry skin type. Smells so good and rinses clean. Leaves skin feeling smooth and soft. I typically use alone but if I am feeling sweaty or wearing foundation, I may double cleanse with a gel cleanser.Gentle on the skin and very moisturizing.Good value - a little goes a long way.

Makes it super easy to remove makeup. Skin feels softer as well.

This is a great everyday makeup cleanser. I usually follow it up with a very gentle cleanser to get that last bit of residue. It never stings, even around my eyes, and I don't get any breakouts from it. I'm left with clean but supple skin.

I almost never write reviews, but after using this for the first time I feel the need to share my thoughts. I have very, very sensitive dry skin from using 0.1% tretinoin gel for the last 4 months. My skin looks wonderful now, but the dryness and irritation has been hard to manage. I don’t wear makeup on a daily basis but I do always wear lots of SPF, so it is necessary to double cleanse at night. I have tried countless oil cleansers; LaRoche Posay, Bioderma, Weleda, Cocokind, Mad Hippie, the list goes on. They all have burned and irritated my skin or just never do much. Nothing special. Now THIS…..not only is it pleasant to dispense, it’s a wonderful, silky oil that has a very subtle herbal fragrance and glides over your skin. I massaged it in for about 45 seconds-a minute, and then it ACTUALLY emulsifies into a milky cleanser! Amazing!! I still wash my face afterwards with Vanicream cleanser, but wow. My skin felt and looked so clean, glowy and soft. Consider me a lifelong customer; I will never be using another oil cleanser again and now want to try more Kiehl’s products. I am so excited to keep using it and see how my skin improves!! THANK YOH KIEHL’S! JUST BUY IT!

I have tried so many products it's ridiculous. I have tried several cleansing oils in other brands and they never cleaned my skin well and often caused breakouts. Other cleansers dry me out and make my aging skin look awful.Enter this brand. I found this while looking for makeup remover and really didn't expect much. Was I surprised! It not only removes makeup beautifully, it truly and gently cleanses my skin. I don't feel dry or oily, just clean. My hormonal eczema is more calm and my pores aren't clogged anymore and appear slightly smaller-probably because they are clean and calm. My skin is quite happy!This is not a fountain of youth and will not make you look 20 years younger. It can make your skin happy though and clean without harsh chemicals or nasty ingredients. It removes makeup really well and for me, I don't have to use anything else on my skin.Please don't ever change this formula. It's absolutely perfect as is!! Finally found my perfect cleanser!!
