What is the Difference between the $10 and $15 versions?

I'm not sure which ones you're comparing but the one shown is leather, could that be the difference? I have a cheaper fabric wallet and I love it.

The plastic zippered bag mine came in says Made in China on the label sticker.

No, it does not. It comes in a plastic sleeve but it can easily be wrapped in paper as a gift. Check before checking out on that page to see if it is offered or maybe they can wrap it...I love this wallet. FYI, my friend whom I purchased one for carried only that wallet on a recent 3-week trip to Italy. And if it worked for him I doubt you will have any regrets.
