From day one it hasn't worked correctly. It has had at best a 25% success rate on even connecting to the app.I have a GS 6 phone and I've made sure the app wasn't dozing.. I've worked with support in debugging the connections and even almost a month later.. nothing has changed on the app or it's function. I actually purchased this and a honey... I lost the honey... and when I opened the app... it hadn't connected in over 10 days... so no luck on finding that. I had high hopes for this product... but have been let down. When it did connect... it still didn't work correctly. I had the left behind feature turned on... and it would go off in my apt and the device was barely 10 feet away from my phone. The button almost never works the way it's supposed to... 1 to 5 times of pushing it to get it to trigger even once. I wish I had better things to share but I don't.Note about support... they have been great... polite and they seem very much like they want to help... but sadly that doesn't change the product itself. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great product! Boom works great!They are selling this for $10 add a fresh cr2032 battery. Still you get a 2 short cut smart button for under $20.
