I bought this vacuum mainly for cleaning my staircase and eventually to help with the interior of my Whisker Robot Litter-Robot 4 machines. It really lives up to the name “Featherweight” — it’s incredibly light and easy to carry between floors. After a full day of use, it works well for quick, everyday cleaning. The cord is surprisingly long — I can easily reach from my 1st floor up to the 2nd, and even from the 2nd to the 3rd, which is perfect for my layout. I currently use this alongside my Roborock Flexi Lite Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner (kept on the 2nd floor) and the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra (robot vacuum on the 1st floor). So far, I haven’t tried it yet for cleaning the inside of the Litter-Robot, but it’s promising. Great value for a compact, backup vacuum!

This is really good product and price is also very reasonable. It has very powerful suction and it is good for flat surface. the only problem is that it is heavy in weight and I had pain in my arm after using this.

It’s not quite lightweight when you work with it for more than 5 min on carpets, because it moves slightly only towards yourself, if you want to get it back away from you, you have to lift the entire vacuum cleaner, and it’s not easy if you have big carpet, that how you get tired of it (#1) - by lifting it on carpet, but It cleans carpets well, and it is very slightly moving front-back on uncarpeted floor, it has the noise of any ordinary vacuum cleaner, it’s very nice to see all the collected garbage and A LOT of cat hair through the transparent body of the vacuum cleaner. The wire is very short, you have to switch from socket to socket even for a regular sized studio apartment and you can’t reach the corridor from the room in any way, so It is better to connect it into an extension cord from beginning so that not get disturbed in the middle of the work. The lowest part of the vacuum cleaner doesn’t rotate left to right at any angle, if you vacuuming in the corners between furniture, around the legs of chairs it is difficult to reach all around and between, the whole vacuum cleaner moves only straight with its entire body and at least the lowest part does not rotate even at a small angle, so it may not feet between some places or if you only remove the lowest part, but the body of cleaner still quite massive to feet under and between SOME of the furniture. You have to work there manually. I think it would be perfect for hair salons or pet-shops where there is a minimum of carpets and furniture. If you vacuum once a week it is still good choice, you can deal with that. Still 5 stars for the cleaning power, good quality of the body and parts and trusted brand name.

After use of some days the lock is broken i need to claim warranty but don't know how to claim in amazon

I enjoy cleaning my home even more thanks to Bissell's Upright Vacuum cleaner. It's 450W of superb power, and made of extremely durable & light-weighted material. My back feels great, my home looks great, and would recommend this to anyone wanting a compact, turbo indoor vacuum. Only 1 con: the wire could have been slightly longer, or they should have had a wireless option.

I like this product and serving the purpose very well. The suction strength is superb and is very light weight making it easy to handle / manage. The only drawback the length of the cord is very short and if you have big rooms then better to order an extension cord separately.

I have bought Bissel before and generally Bissel products are very good but this one in particular is not. The good - the actual design of the product is good and its light and easy to use. The bad - it comes with a plug that I assume is Australian and thus u need a a plug converter. Then I tried it on my carpet - it overheated and shut down in less than 5 mins. It took 30 mins to cool down before I could use it again. Then I tried the detachable portion for cleaning the car - again it barely lasted 5 mins before overheating and then has to cool down to use again. Right now it is lying in a corner collecting dust & my wife wants to throw it away and buy something else.

The product is as described. Powerful suction and easy handling and cleaning. Long cord and handy. My only problem is when using it on carpets. It will suck the carpet (specifically the small ones). Still superior quality. Highly recommend!

My arzum vertical vacuum recently broke so I splurged on this Bissell, and boy am I happy! It's even quieter than my arzum was and even taller making it easier to use. Great powerful suction. Perfect for tile, marble, porcelain, or hard wood floors. I only have 1 small rug in my house and it's in front of my kitchen sink. This vacuum did better on it than my arzum did but honestly these types of vacuums are not really made for rugs because there's no brush in the attachment making it difficult for it to suck up hair and fuzzballs that get embedded in the rugs. If u need a vacuum for rugs then I recommend getting a more powerful Bissell such as the crosswave or the powerforce helix. But as for the featherweight it's perfect for people like me who don't have rugs so I highly recommend it. Way better than sweeping and makes life a whole lot easier!

Brilliant lightweight compact hoover, suction is so good its hard to get it across rugs. It's a proper workout but boy does it take up a lot of dirt. Well worth the money and fits handy in the kitchen.

Purchased to take to a home abroad. Perfect lightweight yet powerful vacuum cleaner needed for a house with a lot of pet hair (dogs and cats). Works seamlessly and copes really well with the hard surface area and also the smaller carpeted area. Easy to transport (we got this in a suitcase easily) and store and emptying is a quick and easy task. Big tasks are swiftly dealt with.
