I write this review with my fingers crossed I haven’t jinxed myself. I swear the second I hit month 2 my IC symptoms were practically gone. Alone with taking prelief I am convinced this is magic. No side effects or weird taste. I also have not gotten a uti which causes a IC flare and I feel this is helping. 100% would recommend.

My go to when I have an IC flare. It’s… game changing (as long as my diet is also changed, this won’t work unless you actually stick to a IC diet.) I was sad when it was out of stock for a long time and used aloe Vera supplements with d manouse, but it wasn’t as effective as this specific product.

This is a quality product but I realized it contains something that I can't have so I couldn't return it and that's my loss but at least I tried it

My doctor recommended this product for my IC. I know it is a little on the expensive side (although cheaper than others) but I have seen a measurable improvement in my condition. There is no weird taste or smell and I continue to buy it when I am due for more.

I hesitated on buying these because of the price but was so happy when the seller had a coupon available! This is a very full bottle. Will last awhile! The pills are bigger but not hard to swallow at all for me.

I took this for help with my IC (Bladder pain syndrome) for several days and it caused me severe burning & itching with urination with extreme frequency & urgency. As soon as I stopped taking this product, all of the symptoms went away. My expectations were not met and I was pretty disappointed because it is expensive. I was, however, able to receive a full refund.

These gel capsules are large and taste like hot water from the water hose that's been lying in the sun all summer. But as soon as I swallow them the taste is gone. They stick together in my throat and I feel like I have a big lump in my esophagus for about 10 min after I take them. But to get relief from IC I will continue to take them. It says take 3/day so I was trying to take 3 at once. Because they cause me discomfort I take one then in a minute or two I take another one. I take 2 at night and one in the daytime. If you are reading this you are probably as desperate as I am to stop the pain of interstitial cystitis. I know Aloe Vera works but decided to add the D Mannose after reading about it.
