Stop debating it and Just buy these collars. (With at least one remote). The collars work! I’m not most tech savvy person, but even this blonde can program the remote with 3 collars, multiple times. And the charge holds for a long time. Collars are also durable and appropriate for dogs of all sizes and ages. Living in a rural swampy Florida area where homes do not have fences, I rely on these collars to keep my beasts in check and mindful of their boundaries. Three collars are used on a daily basis, as seen in this photo. (Great Dane is 150lbs, pitty mix is 50lbs and the ‘lil brown thief is 30lbs.) I rarely have to escalate to using the shock feature. The beep function is typically enough of an alert to remind them of their manners.***Most important, the behind the scenes team is fantastic. For years, every time I have a concern or issue, they respond quickly and with support. The warranty and ability to help is not a lie. They are Pawesome. I can’t stress enough the quality of both the devices and the company itself.Get it! Again and again. You won’t be disappointed.

Dog Care exceeded my expectations when they replaced our collar and remote. The remote quit working unless it was plugged in after my daughter dropped it. Customer Service had me video that how it worked plugged in, but went blank when unplugged. Within a few days, a brand new remote and collar arrived!! We depend on the unit to keep our dog honest. We never have to shock him after he quickly learned that a beep or a vibration meant that a shock would follow if he didn’t behave. He is such a pleasure to live with now that he doesn’t let his impulses get the better of all of us. These collars can help keep your best friend from getting into trouble or run over from bolting or disobeying. Highly, highly recommend a collar for your pooch and this company for its exceptional customer service.

Adopted a rescue and wanted her to have a bigger range of the yard that our wireless fence didn’t provide This worked great she listened to it with commands within a day or so and now only need to give the command. Only had to shock her once otherwise use the vibrate mode. Now for the most part don’t utilize the collar at all and she listens to commands. A few things that I would have given it a 5 for 1) it turns off after 8 hrs as a safety feature but my girl has it on for at least 15. 2) I have to take the collar off her and have to remember to turn the collar back on during half the day 3) biggest issue is when you turn on the collar it beeps and vibrates. She cowers when she hears the beep. And if you use that mode they think they’ve done something wrong. It would be 5star if the length of use is longer and there was a way to turn off the beep sound when activating the collar. My son has this collar for 2 yrs now and his never turns off

We purchased this for our dog that constantly barks and won't stay off the furniture. We want her to bark when there's strangers approaching the house. So I wanted something I could control. It worked instantly. I haven't had to use the shock feature at all. So I remove it at bed time so it can charge and she won't be scared to bark if we have an intruder. When I put it on in the morning her whole personality changes she don't bark for no reason and when she does its once to get your attention and that's after using the vibrate button only twice. Once for getting on the couch and once for unnecessary barking. The sound feature did nothing I used that and she ran around looking around confused. She got on the couch a couple of times and I just point at the floor and she gets down. And the unnecessary barking has stopped. It worked so good it's almost a waste of money cause i only used it twice LOL! This collar has been a sanity saver!

I have owned what looks like this exact collar by this company for a couple of years and I loved it. It worked perfectly to train my dog who would never listen to my voice. She now gets a warning beep as I tell her a command and that’s all she needs. Vibration and static were necessary to get her to obey our voices and the beep, but now they’re rarely necessary.The battery life of the collar unit and remote were long, and it was very easy to operate. After time the collar frayed enough that I had to replace it, and this new one looks identical but is not the same quality.The new collar turns itself off after 8 hours so before I can use it I use it I have to remove the collar from the dog and turn it on and put it back on her before can go out to the yard. It vibrates twice to activate it so if I turn it on while she’s wearing it she thinks I’m reprimanding her. Meanwhile she has peed all over the floor while I’m removing and replacing it because we couldn’t go straight out and she’s excited to see us. Even if I could get over that annoying part, the dog collar battery is dead every few days. The battery on the previous collar lasted months.Do not buy this new version. I’ll be looking for another brand.

I purchased this item March 7, 2022 and now is 06/19/22). The battery on the collar won't hold a charge for the day. The battery in the control lasts for days. I also do not like that the control beeps when you turn it on. Usually that is enough to get her to behave without using any of the modes. So, she thinks she is in trouble if I turn it on to check the battery. The collar is sturdy and easy to use. I have not tested water resistance.
