SeaSenseGrappling Anchor 3-Pound

Great product at a great price! Compact and effective, this anchor is perfect for my fishing kayak. I have used it the last couple of weeks, and it's exactly what I needed for excursions on the water. I use this anchor with the Seasense Hollow Braid anchor line (50ft). Great combo!

Product arrived as described. Havnt used it yet but it works as described, no problems opening or closing. Tied main knot on bottom and ran a zip tie through the bigger top loop in hopes of if a bad snag happens I won't lose or break it, pop the zip tie with a little force and pull it out backwards. Plan on using this week on a kayak, will update.Update, took them out on a local reservoir and used them. Anchored down multiple times on a kayak in 10-20 feet of water and never had a problem in 10 mph winds that day. They work great!!

I ordered these anchors for my long lines that I use for hunting diver ducks. They work great. 3-pounds might have been a little heavy for most situations, but on those really windy days the decoy lines stay exactly where you want them to. They fold up nicely which makes them easy to pack.

Attached an anchor line to it, dropped it overboard and it stopped my Kayak from drifting. Had been looking at another 1.5 pound anchor but thought this one would be a better choice. Small enough to store easily and seems very sturdy.
