I recently had some blackberry jelly. I don't remember ever having tasted blackberries before -- but I may have just forgotten. Anyway, the jelly was VERY good. So, I started hunting on Amazon for more blackberry flavoured products.MONIN FAVORED SYRUP, BLACKBERRY, 33.8-OUNCE PLASTIC BOTTLKES, (PACK OF 4) looked interesting. There was just SOMETHING about te "Monin" brand that quietly stated, "quality". Maybe it was the shape of the bottle, (looking a lot like a wine bottle), or maybe it was theclaim that no high-fructrose corn syrup, only natural sugar was used.Four bottles seemed a bit much -- but I had now had tasted blackberryflavouring, so I at least knew I'd probably like the taste....When the bottles arrived, it was more than a bit difficult for me to open the package. I managed to make a break in the carton, big enough for one bottle to come out. After I took out the first, the others came through the same opening. This product is certainly is well-packed!When mixed with cold water, this syrup really is very, very tasty. I'm sure there are nany receipes for this syrup -- but I just put in 1 part syrup to about 5 parts water, added some ice cubes....and I was in heaven! Totally wonderful flavour. If you like blackberries, you will absolutely LOVE this stuff!And the label does tell the tale. ONLY Natural Sugar for sweetening!No aspartame, no high-fructrose corn syrup, no splenda, no saccharine.No kiding!Since it is non-alcholic -- it can be drunk by anyone not diabetic. Since the bottle is so pretty, and the contents taste SO good, it can also be given, as a present, pridefully!Now -- if only they would make my favourite flavor -- COLA! I'e checked -- there is presently NO cola flavour of Monin syrup -- at least here on Amazon. Drinking ola mae only with sugar is a dream of many people. Mexican coke, (which is presently made that way), is very expensive. And I'm sure that a "Monin Cola" flavour, would be tops in taste and quality! (And please, make a "Malaga" Wine flavor, in the future, as well!)More MONIN Please!

The description states these syrups are clean, free of artificial ingredients. Yet, this is the product I received.

I love this blackberry syrup. This is my second order of the 4 pack. I use it as a replacement for simple syrup in my cocktails. I like making margaritas, mojitos and Tom Collins at home, and the blackberry syrup in place os simple syrup. I generally don't love syrups, as they often have an artificial taste, but not in this one. The individual bottles are a little on the pricier side, but buying in the 4 pack is a great value.

These were a big hit for the lemonade stand at graduation party.
