The reason I gave this device 4 stars is that I had to hunt around to find the app and instructions required to use this USB Flash Drive on your iPad/iPhone/PC; it wasn't listed anywhere in the included warranty card (no instructions provided with device) and wasn't readily searchable (I tried UGreen or USB Flash Drive without results).I finally found the instructions when I went back to the Amazon page in the product details which stated to install an app called called 'Green Disk.' This free app seems relatively straight forward to use and includes the instructions which should have been printed and included with the drive.
