I really like this hand vac, it's powerful enough for it's purpose. Charges quickly and lasts long enough to complete a run around clean up.Great product (FYI this is a US version and I had to buy an adaptor plug before I could use it)

Although this item comes with a US plug I have found it charges and works perfectly by just using a US to UK plug adapter (can get one for less than £6). I did read somewhere that it is a dual voltage product so that would explain there being no issue. I did ring Shark about it and they were sketchy and pointed out they would not guarantee it here but I decided to forego that as it was such a bargain on Amazon when I purchased it. Anyway……. This is by far THE best handheld I have ever owned. If my kitchen floor wasn’t stuck down I think it would have pulled it up. Very pleased indeed.

Excellent piece of equipment

This is the ideal small cleaner for those awkward corners. The suction is very impressive for such a small machine. Easy to empty the dirt. A great addition to the home cleaning equipment.

I bought this product ahead of my house move. I have only just opened it, it only has power for around 3 seconds, surely this is not a dead batter as it wouldnt turn on at all? My next thought was to charge it and see if it works fully, only to find out it is a US plug. I have been out to buy an adapter, it will not charge. The way the hoover sits in the dock doesnt seemRight either, i wonder if this is why it’s not charging ? I’m past my returns date. The item is unused and faulty. Please can someone contact me.
