Having been raised in Chicago, we know what we like on hot dogs. It’s this Vienna bright green relish, Vienna sport peppers, mustard, onions, tomatoes, a dill pickle spear, poppy seeded bun, celery seed, and a Vienna beef hot dog.Never ketchup-that’s only for French fries!Cost of a 4 pack is exactly what you would pay if purchased in a Chicago area grocery store. Same thing with the sport peppers.Some things just can’t be substituted.

After eating at Portillos hot dog restaurant, I searched for the relish like they use! Well I found this on Amazon and it tastes just as good! Love the deep green color!

If you are trying to make real Chicago dogs, get the Vienna Brand products. This is my second time buying this relish and I love this brand. Also get the Sport Peppers. You will have the best Chicago Dogs.I will not buy another brand, and Kenna knows how to design a box that is an engineering marvel. My bottles came across the US and were perfect. Love Chicago dogs, but have never been to Chicago.

I add a bit of zip to this relish and make it taste better than it already does. Three tablespoons of the relish and one tablespoon of hot relish mixed in make great taste on the item you are eating. I only recommend using this relish because I used it on other types and it was good at all.
