Good edition to go with my the professional Chef book

Misleading Title
A very deceptible title from the seller. It only says "the Professional Chef", but not the "Study Guide to Accompany".I just thought it was cheaper because it was a paperback, but it is a completely different book.This is NOT the main book!!

The Best Culinary Book Study Guide I've Ever Seen!
I don't think it would be possible for anyone to put together a better introduction to culinary arts text book and study guide, unless the CIA refines this one further. A must have for culinary students and food enthusiasts.
