I have used them multiple times and suffered ice pack burns because I thought I should use ultrasound gel like they do for actual cool sculpting. After that I used a towel and have not had that problem again but I have not seen any noticeable results. I have had real cool sculpting and the results are great. These ice packs do not work the same way. **Q: will it fit around entire knee front and back?** A: Just took it out of the freezer and checked. It goes around the front of my knee and part way around the back, leaving a space of about 4 inches or so on the back that's not covered with the ice pack -- but honestly when my knees hurts its usually the front, lol, and this provides great coverage. You can velcro it together to kind of keep it in place. It's a really good ice pack for injuries or swelling. **Q: How do I heat this up?** A: I have only used as a cold pack. However, the instructions stated to put it in the Microwave if frozen for 70-120 seconds(according to the temperature of the gel pack and the power of your microwave. Hot water method: Heat water in pot bring to a boil.Next remove pot from fire and immerse the gel pack in the water for about 10 minutes. Remove the gel pack from water, wipe off with towel before use.(I would estimate for each of these heating method) **Q: Can this be used for weight reduction? If yes, how many times to use each day? How long each time?** A: This belt is not for weight loss!
