Part 2 - same issue repeated after few month, broke off at the edge as shown in picture not worth paying so much for a cable that cant last long. Product is bad company and its service is good.Part 1- Awesome customer care. I had a faulty product and spigen replaced it immediately with a new product. Thanks spigen team for quick response. Hope to use for soem time to write review
