I use these weights when I go to Zumba and they are great! Others in the class have started purchasing them too. They’re secure and easy enough to put on and it’s great you can get them in different weights.

Good velcro, stays in place. However the thumb holes start cutting the blood off and I end up getting numbness in my thumbs. Have to wear them without using the thumb holes.

These weights fit me very well. I use them frequently with VR as they're unobtrusive and add a little more difficulty. They might not fit too well if you have small wrists.

Arrived on time and as advertised. The ones I bought were relatively heavy, but bought for my husband. He has quite big wrists, but they do fit. Really convenient way to increase weight without dumb-bells. Seem well made.

These wrist weights are comfortable, stay in place and fir perfectly. I am quite small though so they wouldn't fit anyone with large wrists. I can't recall if these cam I sizes.

Good weight but clumpy and the velcro fastening isn’t great as you can’t really get it to fit your wrists properly and they don’t feel comfortable. They are still usable though.
