Good if you cant swallow huge tablets
I got this because I cant swallow huge vitamin tablets or capsules and because it's my understanding that the liquid form is more easily assimilated. I wont know how effective it really is until I've been using it longer. But it tastes good and has not upset my stomach.

Much easier to swallow the liquid than a huge tablet The centrum adult liquid multi vitamin still gives me my boost every the Citrus flavour has a pleasant taste. I wish that they would do a womens 50+ in liquid form highly recommend this product

Energy and Hair Growth
I was very interested in including vitamins in my regimen, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something I wasn't going to be consistent with.
