An absolute MUST read. Packs a powerful punch of inspiration, motivation & instruction.
Hands down, this is my all time favorite book. I took it on vacation and read it in four days.....and have re-read it since. I initially chose this book because 1. I'm addicted to spin classes, 2. I love good fitness motivational books and 3. Stacey is a phenomenal human being. She is an inspiration like no other. A must read for anyone who wants to take their goals to another level. Whether it's fitness, emotional, relationships or eating habits, Stacey covers it all with total authenticity. I cannot wait for her next book.

Was expecting more
As a SoulCycle devotee I couldn't wait for this book. Normally when I buy books, I read them quickly (i.e. done within a couple days) and keep them forever. Half way through this book I was already planning how I was going to get rid of it and it took me a month to finish. Stacey has achieved amazing things but it all came off as her being very in to herself which turned me off from any of the motivating aspects of the story. There are also parts that are a bit hard to stomach and don't seem to make sense as to why they are in there (or make any sense at all - her whole period as someone who practiced speaking in tongues for instance - unless you believe these types of stories, it is hard to believe anything else). I liked the "Love, Eat, Train" approach but the "EAT" section is very unhealthy (i.e. I would suggest that someone who trains that much and has so many followers not detail how she rarely eats breakfast and a smoothie is sufficient for lunch - not a health or sustainable way of living and one that her followers will unfortunately try to copy). There are also sections that seemed all over the place - e.g. clutter, meditation, diet, etc all in one book and all covered in the amount of detail as a magazine article (complete with internet staple - a playlist). All around disappointing - I do wish her the best though and hope more thought gets put in to all other new lifestyle ventures. I rarely write reviews but felt I had to in this case even if it just saves one person from parting with their money for this book.

Covers it All... Highly Recommend.
Inspiration, motivation, and everyday practical advice all rolled up together in an entertaining and accessible read. Stacey goes deep yet keeps it real in a single book that does the job of a spiritual guide, exercise guide, diet advice, practical life tips... ditch buying the latest titles in all these categories and just get Two Turns from Zero... it covers it all with depth, simplicity, and grace. Well done Stacey, not an easy task and you nailed it. Just sent copies to a bunch of my friends who I know will love it too.

READ THIS BOOK!
This book is a GAME CHANGER!! I have read it twice already and will keep it on my nightstand, as it is the quintessential "step by step" handbook for how to live your life to the fullest, how to be your best self and how to overcome obstacles in your life, no matter how difficult…It is calming but energizing at the same time, comprehensive, heart warming, inspiring to the CORE and motivational like no other!! Stacey Griffith puts her heart and SOUL into this book and it pours out onto the pages…She is living proof that anything is possible and you believe every word!! AMAZING.- Liz Bonamo

Get Ready for Motivation!
Stacey Griffith drove it home! This book is such an easy to understand read that will motivate you to be your best you! She is encouraging, understanding, and makes you want to take control of your body. I love her ideas, tips and plans she provides in a manner for even the most basic beginner to understand. And you don't have to go to the gym! I bought the book for my Kindle but will be purchasing the hardback version for my reference library!
