It works!
The fence was easy to install because we just lay the wire above ground. We are on a cottage property with lots of trees, roots and rocks to pass over. We put the wire through an old rubber hose where it crossed our driveway.We did have to repair the connection between the two wires we had to join to go the 1000 foot loop we made. Also one time for no reason we can see, the wire was cut in another spot. But there is a warning system and the flashing light and beeping alerted us and it was easy to fix.My only criticism is that the wire included in the kit is very thin. We had to buy some additional length and got 18 gauge which was much better.I would recommend this product though. Our dog is now staying on our large property.I

Good system.
I bought this to replace an old unit. The last one made it 10 years so I went with the updated newer model of the same system. Works well, the new features on the collarAre improved and my old collars still work with this system

3 months and it's stopped working.
Update 4-14-22: great customer service from Dogtra! And Amazon! They are sending a new unit. I'll update again, later. I've also ordered the surge protector for it. Don't know yet if lightning caused the problem but be sure to order the surge protector with this unit, a regular surge protector will not work. Me and my dog really miss not having the E Fence.......4-10-22 It's already stopped working! It was great until then.

Highly recommend
Work way better than petsafe ones. Collars last a long time in between charges. *Update*Lasted 4 years. Now if there is a break the alarm doesn’t go off to notify.☹️
