A good amount for the price- good product.
This was a much better value in the previous brand that I bought and the flavor is very similar. I’ve only used this in butter chicken, but it’s great.

Tastes good, smells good
Not to spicy, which i enjoy. My family is from Guyana, so it took me a while to find a garam masala that complemented our curry without having to travel halfway across the country for it. This smells amazing, it reminds me of my grandparents house. It's pretty organic i think, it is seasonings, so I could be wrong. The seal only works for so long, but I just relocated it to a jar. So far, pretty effective.

Warning for Dash dieters
Might taste good but, for anyone on a Dash Diet, it says Salt Free, but it has 480mg of Sodium per 1Tbsp.

Indian food it's the smell that captures the room before you eat the food. This is a delectable combination of ingredients to create an aromatic spice. We eat lots of shellfish beef and chicken. So many great YouTube for easy cooking instructions are out there

Finally! My lamb masala...
...tastes better than the restaurant! If you've ever tried making lamb masala without garam masala spice, you're likely insane. Aside from the fact that I am totally insane, I still choose to have garam masala in my spice cabinet. I highly recommend NOT eating this dry powder directly by the teaspoon-ful, a bit dry. But toasting it prior to sauteing yields a nice flavor. When added to my masala recipe, this particular garam masala turned-out to be the brand I was missing. Now, if I could only learn to make naan... Damn my impatience with bread making of any sort! Remember: DON'T EAT IT STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BAG! Live and learn. Live and learn....

Great purchase
Perfect for making curry and lasts a long time. I appreciate the resealable packaging as well. I make a lot of curry and have purchased about 3 of these so far.
