Wonderful product! I use alot of soy sauce in cooking and marinades which is why I started purchasing the larger container. The flavor is rich, and not too salty. I have never had a problem with the large container, even down to the last of it.

I go through a lot of Soy Sauce, so I buy these larger containers and refill the bottle in my pantry. This new brand arrived today, and my bottle was ready to refill, so I had the chance to 'taste-test' the Nationally Known brand (you know who I mean) and this new brand. I could taste zero difference. Salt levels seemed exactly the same. Overall flavor seemed exactly the same. It may be a year before I need to buy more, but this will be the brand I buy.
