These water bags are sturdier than the bags we've purchased in the past from our local pool store. They also have really nice screw-on caps which makes filling the bags so much easier than struggling with the rubber stoppers that our previous bags had.When we were closing our pool, we discovered that two of the bags had small leaks at the seams - probably because they are so thick, the seams may be trickier to seal completely. We could not return them through Amazon because the return window had closed by the time we got around to closing the pool. (We purchased the bags in August.)We contacted the seller and they were wonderful! They were very prompt and professional and quickly sent replacement bags.Knowing that this company stands behind its products makes all the difference to us. From the looks of them, these bags should last for several years, but when we do need to buy new ones, we will purchase them from this company.

These water bags are made to last unlike the cheaper ones which usually last only 1 to 2 years. As an added bonus they are super fast to fill and empty with the easy screw on caps

I have dealt with Yankee Pool Pillows before, under my tarp in the photo is one of their pool 8x4 pool pillows. Their quality seemed excellent so I decided to try these water bags to try and hold down my pool cover in the high winds. As expected, the quality of the water bags was just as good as the pillow I bought last year. The water bags seem thick and durable and a few weeks into their use have no concerns over the bags tearing/ripping. All 6 arrived in tact.I immediately filled them up 50% capacity per the instructions, removed excess air, and put them on my pool. Then came the rain, a lot of it. I have a couple inches of water on my pool cover now. In the high winds we just had (gusts of 35-50 MPH) the pillows had a tendency to move on me. I had to reset them 5 times as they moved to the corners of the pool. As you can see in the image above, the bag on the other side of the pool shifted over to the right instead of being directly on the opposite side of the pool pillow. Obviously, the excessive water on my pool (waiting for a bit warmer weather to pump the water off) makes the bags easier to move. I watched in the higher gusts the pool cover just lift up and tumble the bags out of position.I am still giving this review 5 stars because the product seems to be great quality and was easy to use. I am just going to leave a caveat that you might need more if you have higher sustained winds as I do and you might need to stay on top of removing excess water that builds up on the pool. My box came with 4 more water bags and I will be putting them all to use soon to see if that helps.

These water tubes are the best I've ever seen. They are extremely high quality. As soon as I got them out of the box, I knew these were worth every penny and will last for years. The screw on fill caps are SO much easier to work with than the push-on caps that the competitors use. I originally purchased another brand of water bags for the pool cover. Most of the other brand's water bags had pin holes in them from new. Some were not properly sealed along the seams, would not even begin to hold water and went straight into the trash.
