After an issue with my RGB stands, Xerger responded quickly to make it right. They definitely support their products. Also, these stands look awesome.

Pretty good but a couple flaws
I really like this stand but there were a couple problems. First the plastic tube was very clear so the leds look a little wierd. on another note the rgb is very bright and looks great. The stand is very light and can be knocked over easily. Also i was having trouble with the usb ports. I would plug my headphones in and weould get audio but if i turned my computer off and on it would give me audio anymore nor would it show that a usb device was connected. i would have to unplug everything and plug it back in. Anoying.

Got cool modes
The media could not be loaded. Honestly I just have one complaint and it’s about sturdiness. This headset stand is very light so it will probably tip over when you try and take the headset off. I recommend using scotch mounting tape so you can keep it stuck to your desk without ruining your desk when you take it off.Other than that I really like the stand. It’s bright and it’s got cool modes. It’s super easy to change the modes and to turn it off. It’s got a usb port on it so that you can charge your headset while it’s resting. Super convenient, super cool, looks good, I would recommend.

Lasted a year so not bad..
Switch has failed after exactly a year. Will only turn off by unplugging it now. Can't change colours any more either. Was cheap as chips though..

Unfortunately the product arrived and the led strip inside the tube is completely unstuck and will not bond back.

Falling bits
Got.this for my son, I had to glue and reseat the LED strip due to it not being seated properly, I placed a pair of steel series head set on the assembled device, falls over constantly,Next time I will just 3d print one

It's a cheap knock off
It's a knock off of a real product. The LED's on this one are actually slightly out of sequence. Which is amusing.
