I needed these scales...the good old fashioned type that needs no batteries ..I've thrown my old scales in the bin .fed up with inaccurate weight and forever changing battery. These scales are much much easier for me to use ..

Grew tired of my digital scales breaking down all the time, been through 3 in the space of a couple of years; miss the classic mechanical scales we had when we were growing up.Took it's time to get here, but I wasn't dissapointed.Minor adjustment using the dial, but it works great.Functions well, small, light weight.Only gripe is that it is hard to read as my eye sight is failing me. But that's not the fault of the manufacturers, a me problem, is what it is.Recommend! 😁👍🏻

Good scales

As other reviews have said, there is a definite pink tone and the kg is very hard to read. Cheap though.

I thought this was a brilliant scale with very clear dial. However my wife thought it looked more pink than white so had no option but to return it.....which was a shame. But i know my place in the household which is normally a little behind our 2 cats.

Firstly these are not fit for purpose in the UK. The metric scale, which we transitioned to in 1965 and has been taught in UK schools since 1974 (50 yrs!) is unreadable. Secondly, it’s my own fault I should have read the other reviews but I only wanted some cheap mechanical scales. Thirdly, having bought them, used them and found them rubbish, I removed the “magnifier lens” turned 180 degrees and ( with a bit of giggery pokery) reinserted it as photo. I now have some cheap scales on which I can read metric weights ( and bizarrely imperial though I’m not sure why I would need to do so).

Brilliant

Basic, but does the job. Why pay all this money for scales that will work for a few weeks when you can have these.You are able to accurately able to tare the scales back to 0.Display is easy to read in Stones and KG.Easy to use, my only criticism is that having size 11 feet, they don’t fully sit on the scales.Very sturdy though.
