Have been taking these for about a week and can already tell the difference. I love the packaging as it is resealable - so when I’m running behind I can just grab it and go.

Vitamins D3, K, and A are absolutely necessary for a healthy immune system. And with cold and flu season just around the corner I strongly urge everyone to take a good D3, K and A supplement. It doesn't have to be this one though I think this supplement is excellent and reasonably priced. As of this review a bag of 30 capsules (one month supply) costs $13.99.

Got this for a friend who was running low and needed a mix like this. She was surprised how much better it was than what she usually took. Likes the non-gmo and the potency. Definitely thinks it is better. Quite happy with it so far. Was surprised to see it come in a bag instead of bottle. She recommends.

Not really a fan of vitamins but these vitamins are actually really easy to take that and have a nasty after fluid sometimes they get their business to flavor my mouth that I just can't having to throw it up either or is it take their small enough I do like how they are gluten-free th and i cant have gluten so it's a whole lot better for me to be able to take without having to worry about the gluten ,haven't taken long enough to much much change but so far so good
