I received the wrong size 3 times; I just think they do not have stock in my size and deliver one size bigger or smaller !!! The stitching had also a problem on one, showing that there is no check on quality. I hope i will be refund on time.

Great quality and material/workmanship. Arrived on time. I bought these wheel covers for my tiny 3'X4' Harbor freight trailer on which I built wooden stake sides removed easily with interlocking top corner hardware. So I can take the front and back stake panels off for longer loads like a refrigerator, or all four sides with a few snap-on lynch pins on the bottom as a flat bed with tie down anchors all around. These were the smallest I could find and are only for protecting the tires from the extreme UV rays at our Rocky Mountain altitude backyard while parked. While a bit too large for a 12" 12X4.80 tire and rim, they are perfect to protect my trailer tires from UV damage while parked. Got small 12" traile tires to protect while parked? THese are perfect. The elastic on the inside is tight enough hold the covers on even in the very high winds we often get here.
