Had this a week now and must say very impressed with it. It was very easy to assemble (5mins) and is very strong and robust.One thing to consider with this style of squats is that it can be tough on the knees and emphasis of the movement is taken away from glutes to an extent and place more on the quads. However I suffer with constant knee pain from surgeries but am able to use this provided I take my time and don’t over exert.Overall very pleased with it and great build quality for the price.
