I can't say "best adhesive" but it stays on very well with underwear with a cotton crotch. The few pair of knit "boy short" style underwear that don't have a cotton crotch did not hold the liner, but that is the only problem I've had with them. Since those are not my favorite panties and I don't wear them often, it doesn't matter to me. They do a great job of wicking moisture away from my skin which is what matters to me. Having said that, I don't use them for bladder leakage. I have a yeast infection under my breasts and the doctor told me it is imperative that I keep the area dry. Living in Texas where it is usually very warm, I was afraid that would be a problem. I stick two of these liners together and place them under my breasts and they have worked wonderfully. They have definitely taken care of my problem. I hope they work for you.
