Wish I could've seen the ingredients in the picture
The ingredients on the can say 60% coconut extract and the rest, water. And it tasted a little gnarly. I bought it because it was cheaper and now I know why.

Not nearly as good as the carton coconut milk that reads ingredients
Not nearly as good as the carton coconut milk that reads ingredients: coconut milk 100%. This coconut milk is separated like other canned ones just minus the gums added. Was hoping to love it being the organic option but I ordered my aroy-d in the carton after not being able to drink this.

Found this to be great in my recipes! Nice texture and thickness, and doesnt separate.
This tastes fantastic. I am not sure why other reviewers had a problem, but in spite of it being reconstituted it was delicious in my panang curry, and tasted great when I tried a few spoonfuls during cooking. I had to buy a can of another brand, because I was running low, and it had separated pulp, and did not taste near as good. I am happy enough when I buy Aroy-D in the carton, but it never lasts more than a day or two before it separates or turns solid, so I am hoping the cans will have a longer shelf life in the refrigerator. So far I haven’t had any leftovers, so I havent tested the theory. Also, Amazon “warehouses” the cartons of Aroy-D coconut milk, and I often get ones that are almost out of date.
