Works With Antique Phones
Works exactly as it should. :-) I use a bunch of these scattered around a house in the country so that I can use my antique phone collection. Modern houses just don't have enough jacks and you can hardly drill holes in all your walls to get enough. I worried that it was a 2.4 broadcast, but it hasn't interfered with anything so far. Besides, most modern routers give you a 5 GHz option. The only complaint I'd have is that the boxes are pretty big. If we had to design these things in this decade, they'd be smaller.

Decent device
This device does pretty much what it says. It works perfectly for DirecTV, to display the caller ID, etc. If the line is in use, the unit is disabled, and does not transmit call waiting caller id to the satellite receiver, otherwise, it's great. But for the issue/feature when the line is in use, it would receive 5 stars. This unit is not designed for voice use and isn't being used for that purpose.

Worthless Product
I purchased 2 of these to go along with a base unit & extension combo kit (the combo kit works great!). These do not work at all. I purchased them as they were supposed to be compatible with the Easy Jack 2 PX-211 I purchased. The product is labeled as a model PX-211 but does not pair with the base unit. I am attempting to return the produce (32 days from time of order). I would not recommend this at all! They are still selling this product on the amazon web site!

Addition phone phone jack 2
If you place a order for Easy Jack 2 Extension Unit for PX-212. Make sure you already own the base. You can not buy the base along. you have to already own a system, which is the unit and base together. This is a extra unit. Amazom was veryunderstaning about this. I was able to download a label. And all I had to do was drop it off at a UPS drop box. I already receive a e-mail, so I can track the package going back to Amazon. They said I would receive a full refund.

No Hardwiring Required!
I needed a couple of extra phones in areas that weren't able to be hardwired. Using the Easy Jack Extension Units were the answer. They are extremely easy to program to the main unit and gives you a phone connection wherever you want one! All you need is the base unit pluged into your main phone and you can have as many "connections" for other phones or devices that require a phone line as you like. One of my "must have" products. Been using this system for years!

I boughtit to connect a TV to the phone line
It works well in one room connected to a TV and not in another room. Not sure why. This can save you $5/month per dish receiver when they work.

The Phonex PX211-D Easy Jack 2 Wireless Web Jack's light is always green
Since I plugged it in , the light on the lower right corner is always red. What does this mean? The Phonex PX211-D Easy Jack 2 Wireless Web Jack's light is always green. Can you explain why it isn't green too?

Works great and easy to use!
These work great and no problems with it.If you have Dish Network, I would suggest calling and telling them you don't have a home line anymore and they will waive the charges. You may have to do that every few months. Also, they don't make you have to have a phone line to each box anymore, only one is ok now. Hope that helps.Hopefully you won't need this, but if you do get it you will like it fine.
