I bought this for my son and within 2 days it got torn and got hurt. Worst product ever bought in my life. Do not buy even for free. Cheap product. Cheap is so Cheap word in front of this product. No return policy.

Only Lasts for few workouts , you cannot feel the difference between the weights of the bands to an great extent. Some bands were not at all usable ( sticked together)

Perfect for training

I use these bands for squats, lunges, and leg lifts. They’ve really helped tone my thighs and glutes. The higher resistance band gives a real burn! Worth every penny

Bad quality bands. Most of them snapped during first few uses. All bands have almost the same resistance. Colours don’t matter. If you want it for leg exercises please choose some other premium bands. You don’t want to get injured again because it snaps and you loses your balance or stability. I am giving two stars because of its low price.
