Very helpful
Really helped me to overcome my health anxiety. Well written and the exercises are easy to follow. I also bought the Kindle version to have easy access wherever I am. I do recommend this book for anyone who is affected by this debilitating condition.

Huge help
I bought this on a whim and honestly I am so thankful that I did. This has been such a challenge in my life for such a long time and talking it through and writing out my thoughts has helped immensely.

Does the job
This is a good little workbook. It contains lots of simple but thought provoking prompts and helps you to organise your thoughts a bit better. It won't cure you anxiety, but it might just help you to think a bit more clearly, if only for a short time.
